The White Horse Tavern is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it to us for refund, credit or exchange as described below.

Within 60 days of original purchase:
The White Horse Tavern accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise at our Restaurant for a full refund IF accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds issued at the restaurant will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable we’ll refund or make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the lowest selling price of the item.
After 60 days of original purchase:
With Receipt: The White Horse will issue an exchange, merchandise credit or refund based on the original sale price.
With Out Receipt: TWH will only issue an exchange or merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.
Return Internet Orders
The White Horse Tavern will refund, make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt).
The White Horse is not responsible for shipping costs of Returns/Exchanges. If the item is damaged/defective, we will issue a prepaid label for you.
The White Horse Tavern will replace damaged, defective or broken items upon receiving your shipment with order number. If the return is a breakable item, you may email a photo or PDF to us and we will ship a replacement. For damaged or defective products, The White Horse will email a Prepaid Return Label, or you may include a receipt of shipping costs incurred and we will to credit you. Please remember to include your account number for credit.
Returns or Exchanges by Mail (from the US)
Complete the Return/Exchange Form.
Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and enclose the completed form.
Return the item(s), mailed to the address listed below and on our White Horse Return/Exchange Form. Please Note: The White Horse is NOT responsible for the shipping cost of an item returned to us due to a size or color issue. If the item is damaged/defective, we will gladly issue a prepaid label and TWH will ship the exchanged item at our expense.
Returns, exchanges and credits generally take 2 weeks from the date your item is received. Please email email@example.com if you have immediate questions or concerns.
*To receive email notification upon receipt of your return, please provide an email address on the Return Order Form.
The White Horse Sale Events
Items purchased at our White Horse Sale Events are final sales. The White Horse will not accept returns or exchanges for these items. Sale merchandise is sold as is, all sales final.
The White Horse is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being undeliverable. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. (This includes any shipping surcharge required to deliver perishable items). Damaged or spoiled perishable products will be refunded to the originating credit card.
**We reserve the right to amend or modify these policies including the price of items and/or the cost of shipping without prior notification.**
